For crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 cups miniature marshmallows
For topping:
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1 12 oz pkg peanut butter chips
2 cups rice cereal
2 cups cocktail peanuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all crust ingredients except marshmallows until crumb mixture forms. Press into bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately sprinkle the marshmallows on crust and return to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows just begin to puff. Cool while preparing the topping.
In large saucepan heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and peanut butter chips just until chips are melted. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in cereal and peanuts. Spoon warm topping over marshmallows and spread to cover. Makes about 20 bars.
