85g Package Jell-O
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 C water or juice
Directions:
Directions:
Spray mold or cookie sheet with cooking spray
Mix Jell-O and cornstarch in microwave safe bowl
Stir in water or juice
Microwave on high for 4 - 5 minutes
Stir again. Let sit 1 - 2 minutes to cool.
Fill molds or cookie sheet
Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set.
Remove from molds or cut into squares and enjoy some fun with your food!
