Marinade:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. curry powder

1 1/2 lbs. cubed skinless chicken breasts
mushroom caps
rice pilaf
cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade: Mix all the ingredients in a jar; cover and shake well. Place chicken cubes and mushrooms in a 9x9-inch pan. Pour the marinade over them; let sit refrigerated for several hours or overnight. Arrange on skewers, alternating chicken with mushrooms and tomatoes. Grill over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade until done. This is great served over rice pilaf.

The great thing about this recipe is you can use it with other types of meats and it still tastes delicious. Mom's favorite was lamb chunks. The proportions of the seasonings for the marinade are exact, and this recipe comes out perfect every time!
