Notes: Jane took a Home Economics class where they made every type of chocolate chip cookie recipe with different ingredients and proportions. Some with only butter or half butter and margarine. Some with oatmeal or all brown sugar or all white sugar or a combination of both. In the end, this was the cookie recipe everyone picked as the winner. She has tweaked it a bit, but I have to say, these are some of the best chocolate chip cookies ever!
