2 C sour cream
1 tsp baking soda

1 C Butter
2 C sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Topping:
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix sour cream with baking soda. Set aside.
2) Beat butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition 1-2 minutes. Add vanilla.
3) Sift flour, salt and baking soda together
4) Add sifted ingredients to butter mixture, mix lightly
5) Add sour cream mixture, beat well and set aside
6) Combine chopped nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon
7) Grease a tube pan and put 1/3 batter in bottom of pan.
8) Sprinkle 1/3 of topping over batter, repeat two more times finishing with topping. Cover with foil.
9) Bake at 350º for 1 hour, remove foil and bake another 45 mins.
