2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
½ c. coconut
½ c. milk
1 ½ c. flour
8 tsp. cocoa
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, add sugar gradually, coconut, milk and flour mixed and sifted with other dry ingredients. Add vanilla last. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased tins and bake in a moderate oven.

Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; servings 36
