5 eggs
0.5 cup cocoanut milk
2 tablespoons unbleached flour
Dash of sea salt
Grind in some pepper
Fresh basil leaves chopped or any herb you prefer more
4 additional
Shredded cheddar cheese
Mushrooms
Shallot
Red onion
You can substitute cooked bacon or sausages for one of the onion or shallot

Ready the pie crust which is usually frozen product of fresh market
Cook pie crust in oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees
Mix eggs milk flour salt and pepper in mixing bowl with stand mixer whisk or handheld mixer
Chop all four ingredients such as bacon mushrooms (4-6 depending on the size)
Onion or shallot, shredded cheese and fresh basil chopped or any fresh herb you prefer
Mix all together by spoon in hand then transfer to pie crust
Return pie to oven for 45 mins at 350 degrees
Cool a few minutes then slice a piece of Quiche pieİİ
