3/4 stick of butter
1 bag shredded hash browns
1 dozen eggs
2 c. ham
onion, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
2 c. mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3/4 stick butter in a 9 x 13 in. cake pan.
Dump 1 bag shredded hash browns in pan.

Mix 1 doz. eggs, 2 c. ham, onion, peppers, mushrooms, etc. plus 1 cup milk. Dump over hash browns.

Spread 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar & 2 c. mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover & bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr. (may have to bake longer according to oven)
