Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. salted dry-roasted peanuts
4 oz. Baker's German Sweet Chocolate (about 4 squares)
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
2 1/2 lbs. white almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Line the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart Crock-Pot. Put the chocolate over the peanuts, starting with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and then the almond bark. Set on low and cook for 3 hours; do not stir. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into paper cupcake pan liners, using about 2 tablespoons per liner. Allow the candy to cool completely before removing them from the cupcake liners.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My friend Sandra makes these for every bake sale. When she told me they were made in a Crock-Pot, I did not believe her. She just drops them onto a sheet of waxed paper, instead of cupcake liners. Either way, they are really delicious!
