1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breast, pounded
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 lemon, thinly slice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Coat chicken with bread crumbs and place chicken in medium high skillet. Cook until golden brown then transfer chicken to warm platter. Whisk together water and cornstarch, add broth and lemon juice. Pour into skillet, scraping up browned bits. Cook until thickened--about 1 - 2 minutes. Pour over the chicken and top with lemon slices.
