1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 large or 3 small)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease standard size loaf pan. Cream together butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and stir until combined. Add flour, soda and salt and mix but leave a little lumpy. Add bananas and sour cream. Mix well. Add mixture to loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
Or, divide batter into muffin pan and bake about 20 mins.
Top should be very brown and toothpick should come out clean.
