1/2 bag frozen Southern Style cubed hash browns
1/4 cup granulated beef bouillon (adjust to taste)
1 sliced onion
1/2 stick melted butter
seasoning salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray good sized piece of foil with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix hash browns, onion, beef bouillon and butter. Pour mixture on foil. Season with pepper and seasoning salt. Mike into tight foil packet. I like to double wrap to make sure packet is strong. Place packet on grill, cooking for 30 to 40 minutes. The longer the crispier. Turn about every 15 minutes.
