3 tbs. Cold Water
1 ¼ c. (Packed) Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Cinnamon
3 Egg Whites
2 lbs. Mixed Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combined all ingredients (except mixed nuts) into a large bowl. Mix well. Add 2 lbs. mixed nuts and spread out on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and dump nuts on clean sheet of parchment paper. Bake for another hour. Remove from oven for 3rd time and place on clean sheet pf parchment paper. Return to the oven and bake 275 until no longer sticky. When reasonably dry to the touch remove from pan and cool at room temp. Once cool store in air tight containers.

Optional: add craisins. chocolate covered raisins, small dried fruit pieces or M & M's.
