1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 – 10 ounce frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients to the eggs. Mix. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

I saute' the onion in butter before adding to the cornbread mixture.
