2 1/2 C cream corn
1 C saltine cracker crumbs
onion to taste
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 C milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter until translucent. Stir in flour and cook stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in corn, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 350º for 90 minutes.

To spice this up you could add a number of additional ingredients like:
Fried Bacon
Garlic
Jalapeño peppers
Asparagus
