1 deep dish pie crust
12 slices of crisp friend bacon crumbled
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups half & half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry line pie plate. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into pie plate. Cook uncovered in 425º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300º. Cook uncovered until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes to 40 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
