1 lb ground beef
½ lb. lean ground pork
1 – 28 oz can whole tomatoes
1-12oz can tomato paste
2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 ½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 cups cottage cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 – 4oz each pkg shreadded mozzarella cheese
Or substitute ricotta for cottage cheese and parmesan
12 oz lasagna noodles
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat, add tomatoes, paste, garlic salt, oregano, & basil. Heat to a boil, stirring, lower heat, cook uncovered 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Stir up cheese, alternate layers of noodles, sauce and cheese in un-greased pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 45 minutes
