8 oz pasta cooked
2 T olive oil
2 T butter
4 heads garlic sliced
1 t red pepper flakes
11/2 lbs fresh shrimp
salt and pepper
4 cups spinach
1 t dried oregano
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 T ;butter
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/4 c fresh chives

Directions:
Cook pasta and set aside. In large pan add olive oil, butter and garlic. Saute garlic for a couple of minutes. Add red pepper flakes, shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes and then and add the spinach. Cover pan and steam for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add dried oregano and parmesan cheese and butter. Mix well and allow to heat thru. Add lemon and mix in and just before serving sprinkle the chives on top.
