½ onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs olive oil
¾ c ketchup
⅓ c vinegar
1 Tbs W sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 Tbs Red Hot
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Heat olive oil in large pot, add onions and cook until almost carmelized. Add garlic cook for two minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour. Add water as needed if it starts to dry out.
