1 lb pork sausage
⅓ c onion
1 pkg chopped frozen spinach
1 ½ cheddar cheese
2 tsp mustard
salt and pepper
1 egg white beaten (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion, drain. Stir in spinach, cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted.

Divide dough in 8 portions, roll in 6" circles. Spoon ½ c meat mixture on each. Brush edges with egg white (optional) fold over and press edges with a fork to seal. Place on a GREASED baking sheet. Cover and let rise 20 minutes. Brush tops with egg whites (optional)

Bake 350 º for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with mustard or marinara sauce.
