1 lb cream cheese
1 lb cottage cheese
3 tblsp corn starch
3 tblsp flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/4 lb butter, melted
1 pt sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 6 ingredients for 10 minutes. Add melted butter, sour cream and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour into a springform pan that has been buttered and lined with graham cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 325º. Turn off heat and leave in oven for another hour. Open oven door and let stand before releasing springform rim from pan.
