3/4 c. Sugar
6 T. Flour
2 Eggs
4 T. Melted Butter
1 lb. Cottage Cheese (small curd)
3 oz. Cream Cheese
3 T. Sour Cream
Pinch of salt
Splash of Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, flour, and eggs together.

2. Add melted butter, salt, vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese (press the cottage cheese through a spaetzle press or potato ricer to eliminate lumps) and stir until fully combined.

3. Line a greased and floured springform pan with your favorite pie crust (homemade or store bought).

4. Pour mixture into the springform pan.

5. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown. After 15-minutes cut around the edge of the crust with a sharp knife to help prevent cracking.

6. Allow kuchen to cool before slicing.
