Ingredients:  
1 (15 ounce) Can Crushed Pineapple
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first four ingredients in saucepan, until thick.
Add butter and lemon juice.
Cool.

For Pineapple Pie:
Cool slightly, then pour into a baked pie shell.
Refrigerate; Then top with Whipped cream.
