Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 oz Triple Sec 3 oz Montezuma tequila
1 oz Roses lime juice 1/4 oz Grand Mariner

Directions:
Directions:
If the order is for an "on the rocks" drink start with a high ball glass and pour in the tequila, lime juice, tripple sec and load with ice. If you want to impress your friends lightly pour Grand mariner over the top of the drink (Cadillac margarita). You can garnish the drink with a wedge of lime. Prior to adding the liquid rub the lime wedge around the glass rim.

If the order is for an "up" drink pour the tequila, lime juice, ice and tripple sec in a drink shaker and shake well. Use a strainer to keep the ice from going into your margarita glass. You can first rim the glass with salt by placing the glass in a flat dish of water then dip lightly in salt. To serve as a Cadilac margarita lightly pour the Grand mariner over the top of the drink (do not stir).

If you have room chill you tripple sec, lime juice, and tequila in the fridge. Margarita's taste best when they are served very cold. You may even want to chill your glass in the freezer.
