4 Eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup Baking Mix (Bisquick©)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Place all ingredients in blender.
Mix until thoroughly blended.
Pour into a greased pie dish.

Bake for 50 minutes.
