1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 package of instant lemon pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 - 8" graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk, being careful to eliminate all lumps. Add the rest of the milk and the pudding mix, beating slowly with a mixer just until well mixed and smooth. Pour into the prepared crust. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Chill until set.
