2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 ½ cups butter (softened)
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 large)

Brown butter frosting

½ cup butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
4-6 tbsp. milk

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch jelly roll pan.

In a medium bowl combine flour, nuts, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
Cream the sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl on medium speed for 1 minute, scrapping bowl occasionally. Add bananas and vanilla and beat on medium for additional 30 seconds or until combined. Stir in flour mixture. Blend well. Spread dough in prepared baking pan. Bake until lightly browned about 20 -25 minutes. Cool and frost with brown butter frosting.

Brown Butter Frosting:
In medium sauce pan heat butter over medium heat until light brown. Remove from heat, beat in powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth.
