1 lemon cake mix
1 3 oz pkg lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c water
4 eggs

1/3 c lemon juice
2 c powdered sugar
2 T melted butter
1 T water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9 X 13" pan
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin. Pour in oil, 1/2 c water and eggs. Beat at low speed until blended. Scrape bowl and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Glaze: In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice and powdered sugar. Beat in melted butter and 1 T water. Poke holes in the top of cake with a toothpick, and pour glaze over the cake.
