1/2 c. Parsley ,
1 peeled clove of garlic
,1 t. Lemon. Juice,
1 t. Paprika,
1 t. Cumin,pinch of red pepper flakes,
1/4. T. Salt,
2 t.Olive oil,
2t. Water,
1 large butternut squash,
Quinoa

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven. 375, put ingridients in food processor except squash and quinoa. Slice butternut squash. Bake squash about 30 mins. Until tender.cook quinoa according to directions on package. Put quinoa on platter , add squash slices , then take the sauce and pour over the dish. Garnish with parsley leaves
