2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. of butter
1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Boil to hard ball stage (250 degrees) Cool. Pull until white and porous. Cut into pieces.
