3/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup organic white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 eggs
2 Tblsp. oil
2 Tblsp. corn starch
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
1 bag chocolate chips


Directions:

Cream butter, shortening, and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well (about 2 minutes). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Scoop the dough into balls and refrigerate for like 20 mins, then cook them. Bake at 350 for about 8 mins then leave on the pan for a few minutes to finish cooking. Remove to rack to cool.
