1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 T. butter
2 T. white Karo syrup
Dash of salt

2 t. vanilla
1/3 c. evaporated milk
Blend. Serve warm over ice cream. Store in refrigerator.

Place first six ingredients in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes stirring constantly.
Then add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve over the Sticky Toffee Pudding recipe in this cookbook if you are so inclined.
