1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
4 cups cold water
3 T dried culinary lavender buds

Directions:
Directions:
In medium pot, combine 2½ cups of water with sugar and dried lavender buds. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Cover and let stand one hour. Strain out lavender by pouring mixture through strainer into large jug or pitcher. Add lemon juice and additional water. Stir mixture.
Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice cubes.
