18--24 small chicken wings or 4--6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 cup hot sauce
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix
pepper and garlic seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and stir in hot sauce, vinegar, pepper and garlic seasoning. Dip chicken in mixture and put in baking pan, covering with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with dry salad dressing mix. Bake 45--60 minutes or until brown.
Wings also make an excellent appetizer served with blue cheese dressing

This is THE BEST wing recipe you'll find. The grandkids called it "Grandma's Hot Chicken" growing up, and it quickly became a great dinner recipe using chicken breasts instead of wings.
