12 oz. chicken breast w/o skin, chopped
2 each green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 C. beef broth
1 T dried parsley
1 1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
1 t Tabasco sauce
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
1 lb shrimp, shelled
3 C. cooked rice

Directions:
Add all ingredients except shrimp and rice.
Cook on high 4 hours or low for 8
Add shrimp during last 30 minutes of cooking
Stir in rice when ready to serve
