Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
5 T fresh lime juice
2 tsp lime zest
4 T worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced

Fajitas:
1 lb flank steak
1 lb chicken breast
2 bell peppers, cut in to 12 wedges
1 large onion, cut into 16 wedges
16 flour tortillas
salsa
guacamole
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredient in a bowl, set aside
Combine steak, chicken and 3/4 of marinade in a ziplock bag. Seal and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
Combine remaining marinade, bell peppers and onions in a ziplock bag. Seal and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove steak and chicken from bag and discard marinade.
Remove vegetables from bag a reserve marinade.
Place reserved marinade in a small saucepan and set aside.
Place steak, chicken and vegetables on grill, cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Wrap tortillas in foil, place on grill rack last 2 minutes of grilling time.
Bring reserved marinade to a simmer.
Cut steak and chicken diagonally across the grain into thin sliced.
Place steak, chicken and vegetables on a platter, drizzle with reserved marinade.
Serve with salsa, guacamole and cilantro
