3 heads of broccoli - chopped
3-4 stalks celery, sliced thin
Bunch of scallions or a red onion, chopped
Dried cranberries
1/2 c sunflower seeds
Cashews chopped

Dressing
1 c mayo
1/2 c sugar
3 T white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl. * add cashews and cranberries in the amount that you like.

Toss with dressing. Best if refrigerated for at least 30 minutes. It can be eaten right away if desired.
