2 c. flour
1 t. salt
4 t. Baking Powder
2/3 c. milk
1/4 t. pepper
1 beaten egg
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, melted butter and enough milk for moist, stiff batter. Drop by teaspoons into boiling liquid. Cover and cook for 18 minutes.

I have found that these do better if the stock that you use to cook them in is only a couple of inches deep in the pan. They form better. This is another recipe that came from Grandma Byrum.
