Dough-
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 packages dry yeast
3 eggs separated--reserve whites for filling
1/4 cup warm water (110 - 115 degrees)
2 1/2 cups sifted flour ( 1/2 bread flour if you have it)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar


Filling-
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup milk
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar for egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and milk together until butter is melted, cool to lukewarm. In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water, beat in egg yolks. Add cooled milk and butter mixture, blend. Stir in flour, salt and sugar. Beat by hand until smooth and creamy. Cover, refrigerate overnight.

Following Day make filling.

Blend walnuts, cinnamon, sugar, and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture thickens (approx. 10 min) cool. Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly/add sugar, beating until meringue-like. Fold into rolled walnut mixture. Cut dough in half roll into 18-20 inch circle. Top dough with half filling mixture. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Place in greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Repeat with seconds half of dough. Place roll on top in pan. Let rise for approx 1 and a half hours. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until it tests done use lowest rack. Cool in pan 5-10 minutes ; turn out on wire rack to complete cooling
