Chicken breast
Dried cranberries
Mayonnaise
Walnuts/pecans
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast until completely dry and tender. Slat and pepper well while boiling. Cool chicken breast; chop or shred to desired size. Add cranberries and pecans or walnuts in amount desired. Add mayonnaise and mix well; use enough to make mixture moist.

Cool in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several hours prior to serving. Serve on bed of lettuce or on fresh-based croissant.
