1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 unbaked pastry shells, unbaked
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
½ c. chopped onion
⅓ c. chopped sweet pepper
⅓ c. chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sausage and cheese. Place half of mixture in each pastry shell. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, and peppers.

Pour half over sausage in each shell. Bake at 350º oven for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Lt stand 5 minutes before cutting.
