Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter Recipe cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 small can (10.5 oz.) mandarin oranges and juice

Icing:
1 large carton of cool whip (16 oz.)
1 sm. package instant vanilla pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice (8 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix ingredients including the juice of the mandarins. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 375ºF for about 15 min or until barely done. Remove from oven and let cool.

Icing:
Do NOT over blend the icing: Blend together the vanilla pudding and the pineapple. Add the Cool Whip and blend just enough to mix the cool whip. Spread between each layer and frost the top of the cake.

Refrigerate cake overnight and eat cold.

Best when made the day before and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
If you blend the icing too much it can become runny.
