2 eggs slightly beaten
1 c milk
1/4 c oil or melted shortening
1 1/2 c selfrising corn meal mix
1 c all purpose flour
1/4 c sugar

Heat oven to 450º grease 8 or 9 inch pan. In large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 20 to 25 mins
