3 1/2 T cocoa
1 c water
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar

Frosting:
1 stick butter
3 1/2 T cocoa
1/3 c milk (boil)
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
