2 lbs. ground beef
6-8 slices of bread, torn into small pieces
water
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion powder or 1/2 small onion chopped
1tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. poultry seasoning , add more or less to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add bread and moisten with water. Add hamburger and all seasonings and mix well with your hands. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Shape mixture into 1 or 2 loaves, pat firmly. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes until cooked through. Serve with gravy of choice.
