9 slices of white bread, cubed
12 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound of Jimmy Dean Sausage
3 cups milk
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
8 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry up sausage and drain. In a greased 9 x 13 pan, layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and the cheese. Repeat layers. Beat together the eggs and milk. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the layers in the pan. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Uncover and bake in a 350º oven for one hour, or until lightly browned on top.
