2 c Buttermilk Cornbread Mix
1/2 c Self Rising Flour
2 Eggs
Buttermilk
1/4-1/2 c Bacon Grease
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, stir in wet ingredients. Adding buttermilk to consistency you like. Heat bacon grease in cast iron skillet. Pour into cornbread mix stirring to incorporate. Pour batter into hot cast iron skillet. Bake at 450 º until golden brown.
