1 - 3 lb. beef Eye of Round roast
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Season roast with above seasonings. Place in pan. Do not cover or add water. Place roast in preheated oven. Reduce temperature to 475 degrees. Roast roast for 7 minuted per pound, then turn off oven and let roast sit in hot oven for 2 1/2 hours. DO NOT OPEN DOOR! Remove roast from oven, internal temperature should reach 145 degrees. Carve into thin slices to serve.
