3 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c vegetable oil
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
2 c chopped bananas

FROSTING
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients, add eggs and oil. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas. Spoon batter in 3 pans. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 mins

Another variation of this recipe is to use 4 jars of baby food fruits instead of bananas,pineapple and vanilla
