2 eggs beaten
1 bell pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
6 T flour
2 tsp sugar
2 T melted butter
2 c grated squash
salt and pepper to taste
1 T. sour cream

oil for frying

Heat oil on medium high and drop spoonfuls of batter into oil. fry until golden brown
